    UK DELIVERY

    Free UK Delivery on orders over £20

    Standard Delivery

    Standard Delivery is via Royal Mail Second Class, so you should receive your Custom Disc or Disc Pack order within 2 – 3 days following despatch. Hardware is despatched directly from the manufacturer within 1 – 2 business days and should reach you within 2 – 3 days following despatch.

    Express Delivery

    Express Delivery is via Royal Mail First Class, so you should receive your order within 1 – 2 days following despatch.

    Despatch

    We aim to despatch Disc Packs and Custom Disc orders placed before 3pm GMT on weekdays (except UK public holidays) on the same day. For orders placed after 3pm GMT, we aim to despatch on the next working day.

    For Hardware items, these are despatched directly from the Manufacturer and are despatched within 1 – 2 business days and delivered within 2 – 3 days following despatch.

    Delivery times are only estimates, we cannot guarantee items will arrive be a specific date.

    To avoid disappointment, we advise that you place orders well in advance of any parties or events such as Christmas to allow time for your items to arrive. Once despatched, the delivery time of a package is the responsibility of the courier and we cannot be held responsible for your items not delivered on time.

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

    Due to licensing restrictions, we are currently unable to ship Custom Discs and Disc Packs in any format outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). We only ship hardware within the EEA.

    All goods displayed on our website is currently ‘in stock’ and typically available to despatch upon receipt of your order.

    In the event that any items on your order are not available, we will hold your order and contact you via the email address listed on your account. We can then either ship your order whilst awaiting the unavailable item, hold your order until the unavailable item becomes available, provide you with a refund on the unavailable item, or cancel the full order and provide you with a refund.

    RETURNS

    Sing to the World aims to provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned.

    1. Custom Discs and Disc Packs

    Incorrect Goods – Custom Discs and Packs

    If you receive goods which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact us within 30 calendar days to arrange the return. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if the goods are available) or to receive a refund via the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods. We will be responsible for the shipping costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation and still sealed. Refunds will be issued within 14 days and in any event no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will include standard delivery charges. We regret that any additional costs such as express delivery and/or gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.

    Damaged Goods – Custom Discs and Packs

    If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign any applicable delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. To return damaged goods, please contact us within 30 calendar days to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced or to be refunded via the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be issued within 14 days and in any event no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will include standard delivery charges. We regret that any additional costs such as express delivery and/or gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.

    Cooling Off Period – Custom Discs and Packs

    If you are a customer based within the European Union, you have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 14 calendar days after the goods have been delivered to you. If you change your mind during this period, you will need to inform us within 14 calendar days of receipt. The cooling off period does not extend to any goods made to your personal specifications or personalised for you, for example a personalised custom disc or to video recordings or software which has had its seal broken and has been opened. Goods must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of the day on which you inform us that you wish to return the goods. You are responsible for paying return shipment costs if goods are returned for this reason. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned goods. We regret that any additional costs such as express delivery and/or gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.

    2. Karaoke Downloads

    Incorrect Goods - Downloads

    If you receive goods which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact us within 14 calendar days to arrange the return. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if the goods are available) or to receive a refund via the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.

    Important – Your cancellation rights no longer apply if you download your order within the 14-day cancellation period.

    Faulty Goods - Downloads

    We cannot accept the return of downloads under any circumstances unless we can, without doubt, prove that the download was faulty before being downloaded, or, without doubt, that there was a technical fault during the transmission. Under these circumstances we can either offer you the download again, providing we are able to rectify any technical issue identified with the download, or, offer you an alternative download of your choosing, or a full refund of the download. We cannot accept returns of a download that you purchased by mistake. You must check your order clearly before making a purchase. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
